 Every session is fully tailored to your body, your goals, and what you need that day. Rather than choosing a single modality, your session may include a blend of techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, therapeutic bodywork, stretching, cupping, hot stone, or other supportive tools—when appropriate.
Each session begins with a brief check-in so we can focus on areas of tension, pain patterns, stress levels, and pressure preferences.

Rapid Neurofascial Reset is a refined, nervous system–based bodywork session designed to reduce pain, improve mobility, and restore ease of movement. This method works by gently communicating with the nervous system to release protective fascial tension patterns, allowing the body to reset without force or strain.

Sessions are focused, intentional, and results-driven, making this approach especially effective for chronic pain, restricted movement, stress-related tension, and recovery support. Many clients notice meaningful changes in comfort, range of motion, or overall body awareness within a short period of time.

RNFR sessions are fully clothed. Clients should arrive dressed comfortably in clothing that allows for gentle movement, such as athletic or lounge wear. This work may be booked as a standalone service or integrated into a customized massage session for a more comprehensive experience.

 Your first visit includes:

• A short intake and conversation about your health history and goals
   
• A personalized treatment plan for that session
   
• Time to relax, reset, and receive focused, intentional care
   

There is no rush. The experience is designed to feel calm, professional, and restorative from start to finish.

 The best and fastest way to book is through online scheduling via the booking link on this website. Online booking allows you to view real-time availability and select the session length that best fits your needs. 

 Appointments are limited and tend to fill quickly, so booking online ensures you secure your preferred time.  To ensure your session is booked, please check that you receive a confirmation email. 

If you have a brief question before booking or you may reach out via text or email during business hours. 

If you do not see a time that works for you online, please join the waitlist or reach out via text for same day availability.

Messages are answered during business hours before or after scheduled appointments. 

Appointments cannot be held without a confirmed online booking, and availability is not guaranteed until your session is scheduled.

Yes. A completed health intake form is required by state law for all clients prior to receiving massage therapy.

After your appointment is booked, the intake form will be sent via email and must be completed before your scheduled session.

The intake form covers:

• Recent or past injuries
   
• Surgeries and health conditions
   
• Areas of pain or tension
   
• Medications you are currently taking
   
• A required waiver and client acknowledgment at the end
   

This information is confidential and is only reviewed by your massage therapist to ensure your session is safe, appropriate, and free of contraindications.

Sessions cannot begin without a completed intake form. Appointments may be shortened or canceled if the intake form is not completed prior to your appointment. If an appointment must be canceled due to an incomplete intake, it may be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the applicable fee.

Because sessions are reserved specifically for you:

• 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule any session.
   
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) are subject to a fee of 50% of the booked session rate.
   
• No-shows will be charged the full session rate via the card on file or using credit from your account (member credit or gift certficates). If you do not have a card on file, you will be sent an invoice which must be paid before booking future appointments.
   

Unforeseen circumstances may arise requiring you to cancel a same day session. Please notify me as soon as possible via text at 850-400-4463.  This policy allows me to protect my time and income while also accommodating clients on the waitlist.

Life happens. If you are ill or an emergency arises, please contact me as soon as possible via text 850-400-4463. If the appointment can be filled from the waitlist, cancellation fees may be waived at my discretion.

 Appointments are scheduled with intention and care, and time cannot be extended due to late arrival.

• If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time
   
• The full session fee will apply
   
• If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, the appointment may be shortened or canceled to avoid impacting the next client
   

If an appointment must be canceled due to late arrival, it will be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the applicable fee.

Please plan to arrive a few minutes early so your session can begin relaxed and uninterrupted.

Parking is located in front of and to the side of the building. You may enter through the side door. If my studio door is closed, please have a seat in the front lobby. 

 Yes. Gift certificates are available for purchase online and in-studio.

 Yes. A limited number of monthly massage memberships are available for clients who prioritize consistent care.
